Our Policies
Cancelation Policy
Your appointments are very important to the Lightning Hair Lounge Team, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Altering appointments on short notice prevents us from serving other guests during that time slot. To ensure our appointment policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than a 24-hour notice will be subject to a charge of 100% of the booked appointment value. If you do not show up to your appointment without notice, then 100% of the booked appointment value will be charged to the card you leave on file. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.
Out of respect for all of our guests, guests arriving after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule. When possible we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival.If we cannot accommodate you due to arriving late to your scheduled appointment then our appointment policy remains in effect and you will be charged a fee of 100% of your scheduled service.
