APPRENTICE - You will work one-on-one with our stylist to help build your skills while going through our training game plan. In our game plan you will learn all the ins and outs of the service cycle and all services. This is perfect for current cosmetology students or recent grads eager to start their career on the right foot!
Hair Artist in Training - Already have your cosmetology license? Great! You will start working with real clients while going through the training program and building your clientele. This is perfect for anyone who has some experience behind the chair and is ready for a Bold and Bright change!
Experienced Stylist - Are you ready for a BOLD change in your career? We are ready to help you take your career to the next step! With lightning the possibilities are endless!
Esthetician
Looking to grow in the Esthetics industry? At lightning we are ready with our relaxing wellness lounge to help transform your clients skin from the inside out. With the lightning support and your talent the possibilities are endless!
Salon Coordinator
The Lightning experience goes deeper than just hair and skin. Our Coordinators assist clients in Check out, keeping our shelves stocked, and helping out with the behind the scenes! Our clients look forward to their experience at lightning because of the people, you could be the one to brighten their day! No cosmetology schooling is required for this position.
